    At that time, everyone who wasn't in politics was a "target".. We were spied on while we were driving, while we were at our clinic appointments - - no matter what we were doing or not doing.  It was a crazy time.  NO ONE I KNOW WANTED OLD DUMBASS JOE BIDEN TO BE ELECTED BUT WE WERE ALL OF A SUDDEN STUCK WITH HIM AND HIS EAGER WIFE.  SHE wanted that title more than he did.
