Beef Stroganoff
I don't like using a slow cooker for this but sometimes it's necessary. I also don't use nearly that many mushrooms. I like them but I don't LOVE them. ADD LOTS AND LOTS OF ONIONS.
This recipe calls for WAAAAAY too much garlic - yuk.
