FROZEN WATERMELON MOSCOW MULE
Ingredients
- ½ cup vodka
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 ½ cups cubed watermelon, frozen
- 2 cups ice
- Pinch sea salt
- ½ cup ginger beer
- Mint leaves, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
Preparation

- Put the vodka, lime juice, watermelon, ice, and salt into the blender jar in the order listed.
- Cover and blend.
- Divide between two glasses and top each with ¼ cup ginger beer.
- Garnish with mint leaves and lime. Serve immediately.
- Those will get you started for your next get-together!
