    Boston Cream Cupcakes

    These sound really fun.  Lots of work, but fun!

    I just poked a hole in the top of the cupcake with the handle of a wooden spoon and it made the right sized hole for the filling to be put in.  These were delicious.  My grandson ate 4 of them before I could stop him!
