Press in pan pie crust

No rolling out a pie crust, just mix the simple ingredients and press it into a baking pan (you pick the size  you want)!

A "no-roll, press-in-the-pan" pie crust is a foolproof, time-saving method where you mix the dough directly in the pie dish and use your fingers to shape it. It yields a tender, crumbly crust perfect for single-crust, cream, or baked pies.

Some of the online press in pan recipes use vegetable oil (eww) so I always substitute butter in its place.  Don't ever use that processed crap.  Some of the crusts are sweet (by adding vanilla and a bit of sugar) and some are savory for making your own pot pies.  I made a huge pot pie a couple of days ago and my grands loved it.  I also made that French Beef pie (posted here early last week I think) and it was another hit with them.  Of course, those kids are always hungry they will eat anything.
