We were typically heathens back then, but . . .
. . . but we weren't ALL THAT BAD. Many of the songs from the nasty 70's had some sort of Jesus reference, a LOT of Beatles songs did, for sure, Doobie Brothers, Pat Benatar had a few references - - go to you tube and listen to lists of '70's songs.
