What happens when you fry an onion? What are the different onions?
This is making my mouth water because I LOVE fried onions. I mix them with my sauerkraut when I make fried sauerkraut and pork chops. Here is the difference between fried onions and grilled onions.... more mouth watering!!

A great little primer on onion use and taste. It's the ONLY ONE I COULD FIND THAT WASN'T done by someone foreign. Most of them I couldn't understand but this guy actually speaks ENGLISH - YAY!! He had some good info in a short vid, too. That's the way I like stuff, short to watch and good information that you can actually remember.
