This morning biden Pardoned a couple of criminals. To me, it proves their guilt.  Treason is not pardonable nor are crimes against humanity.  They can all still be court martialed in a military court, as civilians can too, for treason. 

Per his own admission---Mark Milley went behind his commanding officers back; President Trump and told China that he would inform them of the President had any plans to take action against them. He also withheld information from him pertinent to National Security. 

He’s a traitor. Also, former presidents cannot Pardon for States crimes. 

***Actually, I'm wrong.  There are a number of treasonable offenses which are pardonable.s
