Of COURSE they're dragging their feet, they want to try to put this off until after elections.  The only thing they DIDN'T drag their feet about was cremating the body of the suspected killer and there was a reason for that, you can be sure.  Those people should ALL be relieved of their jobs and the gubmint should not be placing them in other agencies with new, higher paying jobs.  That's what's happening.
