With autumn now oh-fishelly here, I'm looking forward to using my homemade pumpkin spice (much like her recipe in this blog), my Chinese 5 Spice and my French Four, all of which use many of the same spices as pumpkin spice - - and all of which taste great mixed into a cup of stoutly made (using 2 or more tea bags) Earl Grey Tea, which is one of my favorites, along with Princess Grey.
