I prefer melatonin (I need to use it in very small amounts, however) but this stuff might be just as good. I've never tried it, but I do have more trouble sleeping since my DH died in 2021 and I have trouble being here in the house alone. Luckily I have good, dependable neighbors.
I tried the Relaxium that Mike Huckabee talks about on tv all the time but it didn't nothing for me after a 3 week trial period. Melatonin works the best for me.
I order 3 mg tablets and break each tablet into about 10 small pieces (the tablets are quite small to begin with but boy are they powerful !!). I put one piece of the broken tablet under my tongue shortly after I get into bed at night and I sleep a good 5 hour stretch, which is a LOT for me lately. Figure out what works for you and PLEASE AVOID Rx drugs for sleep. They are all a bunch of medical ripoff crap and dangerous to boot.
