Getting rid of Garland is the BIG first step in this puzzle

This is all fine and well, but Dusty is forgetting a few things.  Such as: we need to first get control of the illegals who are bringing booze and guns and drugs to the reservations and causing literal uprisings amongst these people.  When reservation indians start fighting with reservation indians you know you've got a problem.

AND THEN, too, we have to start re-electing republicans to the important offices all across the nation to start fixing some of this crap, and we need to stop employing people like my neice and nephew (a married couple who both work for the FBI which should actually be illegal).  My nephew should NEVER have been allowed to be affiliated with the FBI seeing as how he's a criminal himself.  Seriously.  He has worked for various children's homes in SD and also at our local VoTECH school and got into some kind of serious trouble everywhere he worked.  He's catholic but he also worked for LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES, explain that one to me.  They adopted 3 children they thought were native american who actually turned out to be mexican, but they had indian names (I'm serious as a heart attack here).

I again, have c&p'd this article because there was  no link that would work to just post a link for you. Sorry.  But this is something everyone should read, not just the people who live in this area and already know and SEE the problems on a daily basis.  It's just as bad in the north central part of my state as it is down in the southern part.  Up by my hometown is where Tatanka (sitting bull) and his tribe settled for some time, until Chief Gall took over the upper missouri valley near Wakpala.  You'll need to find a reliable map to look up these areas if you are really interested in knowing about how many tribes there are in my state and in ND, a neighboring state who also has many tribes and forts just like we do. We have far too many reservations left totally unchecked, so they are wide open for illegals and others who are wishing to "hide out", and we also have far too many alcoholics on the rez's who purposely get themselves arrested in the winter months so they can sleep in a nice warm jail and have 3 squares a day.  It's getting worse thanks now to dumbass joe who have NEVER even been here and has no friggin' idea.  Trump has been here many times.  THERE'S YOUR DIFFERENCE.  joe doesn't have the stamina to do his job, which is why his "coaches" stuck him in the basement for the last election cycle, and scared the shit out of the rest of the country with some fake disease.  That includes Fauxchee, too!  He was the biggest liar of them all, but their strategy actually worked to get ol' dumbass elected to office without ever making a public appearance.  WHAT ON EARTH WERE AMERICANS THINKING????????????????????????

And now elected people from our own party are not allowed to attend certain meetings???  WTH?

Merrick Garland’s Contempt for Congress

I joined Governor Noem for her Tribal Public Safety Crisis Summit on Monday for a conversation to find solutions to the violent crime crisis on Indian reservations. Local Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents were participating in the event but were told by Department of Justice (DOJ) officials that they could not be at the summit if I was present. Attorney General (AG) Merrick Garland’s Deputy gave this directive. Garland’s rules and regulations prevent FBI officials from having policy conversations with members of Congress outside the DOJ’s official briefing process. In obedience to their boss, these local FBI officials drove circles around the block and hid in the hallway until I left the building. This was absurd.=14ptThe purpose of Governor Noem’s summit was to bring federal, state, local, and tribal community leaders under one roof to discuss ways we can work together to ensure tribal law enforcement officers have the resources needed to stop violent crime and protect those living on reservations. Indian country is in a public safety crisis. Between 2022 and 2023, violent crime rates on the Cheyenne River Reservation increased 55%, while Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate and Lower Brule Sioux Tribe both saw an increase of more than 30%. People are dying. The federal government is failing Indian country, and we must do better.=14ptThroughout my time in Congress, I have been an advocate for more federal dollars to be allocated to tribal law enforcement agencies. I commend Governor Noem for organizing and hosting this summit and look forward to turning the tides towards safer communities on our Indian reservations. We need to work together to find solutions, but we can’t do that if we can’t all come to the table.=14ptFor some reason, the FBI agents could brief the Governor, local law enforcement, South Dakota’s Attorney General, tribes, and my own staff, but not a sitting member of Congress. Garland’s out-of-touch rules and regulations from bureaucrats prevent progress and innovation from happening at the local level. I sent a letter to AG Garland requesting an explanation for the FBI’s refusal to brief the room while I was there. We need addition and multiplication, not subtraction and division. Preventing myself or the FBI from being at the table simultaneously does a tremendous disservice to all who attended, those in Indian country, and the people of South Dakota.=14ptAG Garland’s policies resulted in a ridiculous display on Monday. I hope his unreasonable DOJ policies are stripped soon, so we can keep our citizens safe.[color=#000000 !important]Sincerely,

This is a good idea of what tribes and reservations are located in South Dakota.  The one they failed to mention, which is closest to me now is Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.    Anyway the below article will give you some idea.  I also lived near the Sisseton-Wahpeton reservation for a few years.  The Sisseton rez is in SD and the Wahpeton side is in MN.
