I've been saying this for almost 20 years, but people get onto a kick from some "diet" program they follow and it's very difficult to convince them that what they are doing is wrong. A lot of the foods recommended on "diets" are all wrong and can be downright dangerous. But if people lose even two pounds, they'll keep doing the wrong things anyway.
I didn't watch the vdeo in this article (I never watch Mercola's videos because I just don't have the time in the mornings and that's when I usually open his e-newsletter). But I read the article and this is info worth knowing and passing onto others.
