Of course joe biden isn't doing this - - the morons who "assist" him are the ones doing this. They're also the ones who are intentionally taking a wrecking ball to the American economy by letting in unknown numbers of illegals. But the republicans are just as bad as the dems so I guess no one is to blame, right?
