That would be Ronald Reagan and there are still a lot of people who didn't/don't like him.  But Lincoln and that crooked FDR did really NOTHING for us, FDR was actually in cahoots with the Russian MOB.  LOOK IT UP if you don't believe me, although you may never find the truth online since so much of what we need these days is being censored.
