These are delicious and much like the Pfefferneuse cookies I make, but let me tell you ahead of time, they're BOTH a lot of work. They have to be rolled in the powdered sugar twice, the pecans have to be baked in the oven before you even start the dough.
ONLY bake these if you have all day to mess with them. Make a double batch so it's worth your time.
BTW, I NEVER eat anything cooked by a man with a beard. Ewwwwww.
