Medical record boo-boo's

Can you get your doctor to change them?  Ha, fat chance.  Much of what they put in those records is false to begin with, and they rarely if ever change a diagnosis which resulted in you taking a drug or two.  That's their bread and butter, folks.

When I changed doctors recently (our family physician does not take medicare patients and as of a while ago, I'm now on medicare whether I want to be or not) I discovered a lot of my "family history" is wrong - STILL.  I tried to talk to my doctor about this back in 2014 when one of my twin brothers passed away and I noticed quite a few errors, but he did not make any changes at all.  To me, this isn't just disgusting, it's like looking at falsified records.  Heck, I didn't even recognize my own family history . . .
