This had NOTHING to do with Trump's actual case so WTH are they doing?
This is just wasting time, that's all.
This little dust-up was between the judge and one of Trump's lawyers about "court room protocol". SINCE WHEN it is "legal" for a judge and his staff to be passing notes back and forth to each other???? I was a court reporter and I happen to know this is not something that is acceptable AT ALL. No sir, if one of them had a question for the other one or wanted to say something, they have to stop the proceedings and go to one of the anterooms and speak to each other, not act like first graders and pass notes back and forth. Good grief. Yeah, this whole thing with Trump having to be in court has gone completely off the rails. Eric nailed it in the article at the above link.
