Hamburger is expensive right now but it usually is not this bad.  EVERYTHING is overpriced and the idea that prices will ever go back down once the grocery store people KNOW they can get current prices, is like wishing for the moon to turn purple.  But these 5 Amish recipes are wonderful.  Make the homemade bread to go with some of them and you've got a great meal for a bunch of hungry stomachs.  The fact that they're easy recipes helps a lot.
