Obviously colleges have no standards since biden became our "example".  The people who have been in those CIA positions for that long should be tossed out on their heads anyway.  This guy has the "emperor" syndrome.  Thinks he's in charge of EVERYTHING.  biden is supposed to be in charge but just lookit how that's working out.....
