This is too funny!  But the person who wrote it should be solidly spanked with some English teacher's switch.

"too big OF A . . ."  no one but an uneducated 3 year old would say such a thing.  Too "big of a" anything makes absolutely no sense at all.   You leave the word "of" out of that sentence/headline.  It should be just "too big a" fool or dimwit or dipshit or whatever follows it.  I know to those of you who are not educated, that probably sounds wrong, but believe me it is the correct way to speak.  I know this because I had a very strict English teacher in high school and she made it very clear that people should never speak that way, and she also taught me about another "lately used" pet peeve of mine.  People today say "to not".  WRONG. wrong wrong wrong wrong!  TO should never go before the word NOT.  Look it up.  I'm sure the way things operate today it would appear to be just fine, but in all honesty, it is NOT ok. 

If people want to go around speaking stupidly, then it's acceptable I guess.
