He's gotten himself into a real pickle but apparently doesn't truly realize the extent of the consequences because he thinks he's above the law. No wonder ol' joe thinks HE'S above the law, it's how he was trained. Trained like a dog to shit in his own house but when he's not home he shits anywhere he feels like it.
