Why is WH staff covering for ol' dumb joe ALL THE TIME???
When that happens, NO ONE knows exactly what the hell is going on.
In this instance I'm surprised dumbass joe didn't actually try to convince people he fought in the Civil War !!! He's old enough to have been there or at least he looks it !!!!! That war was fought 100 years before ol' joe was even in college......
