About 30 years ago my neices and I were paddleboarding down the Mukulamee River near Lodi, CA and I lost my aqua colored wallet, thinking I'd never see it again.  It had about $27 in it and even though the wallet was returned (because my driver's license was in there with my address on it) the guy who found it while fishing kept the money.  Difference in people who live in CA and the boy in this story who lives in ND/MN on the state line.  Fargo is in ND and Moorhead is in MN, I've been there many times for wrestling tournaments with my school in the late 1960's and early 1970's.  I remember they had the greatest restaurant in Moorhead who was happy to serve 6 cheerleaders and about 25 wrestlers.  They got a tip not to be believed apparently, because the look on their faces was priceless.  At today's monetary nuttiness, that tip wouldn't amount to a hill of beans.
