    Good Lord, just imagine it - - we have people like THIS running police departments.  No wonder this country is in trouble.

    Hate to disappoint the guy but he's not getting any damned mugshots.  He should point a camera at his OWN face and then we'll see about mugshots.......     What a jackass.
