14th Amendment???  This does, IN NO WAY excuse all the dumbass things biden has done to raise the debt ceiling to the level it's at right now.  THAT'S on him and his "administration".  The republicans didn't do that, BIDEN did that.  Let's get the facts straight if we're gonna start doling out blame.
