All that bill really does is create this mess of democrap favorites:

“That means cleaner air and water, reduced risk for asthma, cancer, and other health burdens, and better access to green space, safe and affordable housing, and clean transportation.”

In other words, it gives them more control over healthcare, insurance, housing, and EV's.  I have no idea what a "green space" is, unless it involves the empty (green?) space between their ears!
