Buffalo sauce chicken legs

These are delicious, except I mixed the dry ranch dressing mix and the bottled hot sauce together instead of layering them the way the recipe says.  I just though it would be more "even" that way.  My grands LOVED these.

Re: Buffalo sauce chicken legs

OR you can make baked, spiced chicken legs in a paper bag.

Put 2 or 3 slices of bacon into a glass 9 X 13 baking dish and put in oven to start cooking.  Put flour and whatever spices you like in a brown paper bag (I like my homemade cajun spice, a little dried parsley, some dried onion powder, dried garlic powder (very little is necessary), salt and pepper.  The amount of flour depends on how many legs you are going to make, so you will have to wing it !  I love my homemade cajun mix.  Go online and look up a recipe to make your own.  Use it sparingly because it's hotter than hell on a holiday.  Lay the legs over the bacon, use a 300 to 325 degree oven (every oven seems different) and keep an eye on this while it's baking, and turn the legs over about halfway through the baking time.  Bake at LEAST 45 minutes.
