Mike Johnson becomes new house speaker
A huge upgrade from namby pamby, "let's all get along" Kevin McCarthy. If you remember (if you're a regular reader here) I was never much in favor of McCarthy. I'm sorry I just don't like the guy, he, at times, seems almost non-functional if he's not talking "democrat lines of thinking". He's is what they all call a RINO, as far as I was concerned. But that was just me ! I'm just glad they finally got a replacement for him, and A GOOD ONE, TOO.
