    Apparently if you claim "mental illness" . . .

    . . . you can get away with anything, including horrific murders.  Are they going to let this guy "house himself" at the White House???  Uh-huh, didn't think so, but we're all safe with him out on the streets, right?  My God does even ONE PERSON in WADC have a functioning brain?  We know biden doesn't, but doesn't anyone else????
