Yellen has been an airhead for a long time, she always sounds drunk to me, but I didn't even think about her using drugs.  Her behavior has always been strange, doncha think??  Just listen to some of her past interviews regarding the monetary situation in the USA right now.  She's just "out there" and now I know why.  But 4 orders???  WHY?  How much of that shit is she eating/using??  biden depends on her for information when he shouldn't, apparently.
