Ever since OBOZOCARE took over by force (NO ONE wanted this) we've had such a mess in the healthcare system it's disgusting.  But even now obozo only wants to take credit for anything he did that he thinks was good.  Well, he's got very little to crow about, that's for damned sure.  The man is a walking disaster.  Everywhere he goes he creates havoc all around him.  AND HE WAS Ol' DUMBASS JOE'S TEACHER !
