Sen. Kennedy is wonderful, I wish there were more like him in CONgress. 

These people are supposed to be judges and they haven't got the first clue about ANYTHING to do with the Constitution of America.  That is remarkable.  It's also folly on the part of whoever appointed these people to those positions.  What the hell is happening in this country?  Even I know what the 2nd and 4th Amendments to the Constitution stand for.  It is the 1st Amendment we should all be concerned about right now, however,

I can't believe how utterly stupid these "judges" are, and how FULL OF THEMSELVES they seem to be. Some of them are more concerned about their "qualifications" than they are about actual LAWS.  It's grotesque.
