IT'S APPALLING.  Do those people look like they're "bad off"?  Do they look starved or mistreated??  Hardly.  And then they have the gall to give us the finger.  Where's Jerry Brown when the theatrics are taking place?  Are these people going to be helping out at the Governor's Mansion??  Is that where he intends to put them?
