He carefully chooses the words he wants to use, as is evident.  He UNDERSTANDS THE MEANING of WORDS and how powerful they can be.  He's a very bright bulb compared to the dim bulb we have right now.  And getting dimmer by the day, although his staff, his family and his fully appointed friends and (doctor what's his name) really like it that way because they can use him as a puppet.  The idiot Jill REALLY loves it.  She is a power-hungry bitch if ever there was one.  I don't understand why?  She's never gonna be anything but the tag-along wife, right?
