There might not be much to Brazil anymore, but at least their leader is showing common sense, which is more than I can say for the USA, who is now shipping in baby formula for our own citizens.  How much more ridiculous can this get?  But Bolsonaro says he will not join WHO - - - and his reasons are sound.
