Why don't we put criminals in prison?

The "soft on crime" democrats have a personal reason for not wanting to put criminals in prison, in their states.

That reason is because the politicians are afraid of these violent people and they're even more scared of the fact that these lawbreakers will eventually get out of prison and come after them.  It's happened in the past, it's happened in the RECENT past, and it could happen again soon if they're given the chance to be put in jail long enough to work up an anger against politicians involved in the state's lawmaking at the time these people committed their crimes.

That's it in a nutshell.  Democraps are scared shitless, now and forever more.  Ain't it sweet revenge?  Well, it would be except now the politicians are letting these people go free and not even demanding they pay any sort of restitution for things they've destroyed.  Even murderers are getting out of jail within 2 or 3 days.  It's just unconscionable.
