I mean, really, the state of CA has been a dimpocrap cesspool forever, so did they really expect the crooks there NOT to fool around with this election cycle which includes Larry Elder?  He's a republican, of course they are going to try to fudge the numbers.  It's what they do, remember?

Clean up the voting system in CA or Larry should run his campaign from another state, and then take his power into CA and start kicking asses and taking names.
