Charge them - - and then what?  I agree it's a huge problem and we need to fix it so those cities lose the ability to tell our gubmint what they'll be "willing" to do for illegals.  We should be doing absolutely NOTHING for illegals.  Period.  I hope this lady makes a clear case for her subject because if we don't get this stopped now, there are going to be more Kate's and all the others who've been killed by illegal immigrants - most of whom were sent out of this country once and then LET BACK IN - sometimes multiple times.  What the hell are we doing here?
