Why wasn't the subject in this article talked about MORE at the time it was written?

The article is from earlier this year (March 25, 2021 to be exact) and should have been widely published at that time.  Since it wasn't, too many people bought into the nonsense spouted by the biden administration idiots and are still pushing all of that nonsense (and much more nonsense since that time, too).
