It's pretty self-explanatory, and shouldn't just be about "employees" it should be about ANYONE who chooses not to be poked with something they don't want (compare it to a prick - yes THAT kind of prick - same rule applies to both !!).  No one, not even the President, can enforce something like this.  Not now, not ever, unless we go full-on communist like AOC and her bunch want to do.  Not exactly the brightest bulbs on the tree, are they?  And what the hell do they know about medicine???  Not a damned thing. 

But no one is listening to the doctors who are trying to tell the hard truth about these shots.  Because they don't make money off something no one uses or wants, and they don't get to project their wishes on people just because they WANT to do so.  How insane are we?
