Because he's a crook.

That's why CA needs to get rid of him and start from scratch.  But they'll just elect someone who takes over where Newsom left off - - that's what happens in dumb states like CA, land of the movie stars who have NEVER lived in reality, only in their constantly made-up world.  It's disgusting how people can be so dumb, yet because they have money they think they can give the rest of us orders . . .
