Biden has no intention of doing that, because he and his cronies are in the process of promoting a death spiral.
It's all about getting rid of (read: KILLING OFF) as many United States Citizens as possible. He wants to ruin "everything Trump" no matter how right it was. Biden also wants to get rid of true Americans and replace them with the dimwits from south of the border because he can control them (except the drug lords may teach Biden a lesson he'll never forget but heavily regret).
As for Jen Psaki, she's an airhead. I cannot stand to look at that creepy snaky snarky redhead-from-a-bottle.
