There are creeps everywhere, but none moreso than in WADC where people think they can get away with anything and everything.  Well, for a long, long time, they HAVE been getting away with everything from child molestation to murder - - and we Americans actually know some of the facts about those people.

Joni Ernst has a good proposal here.  I hope it gains traction as it goes because it's certainly necessary to bring the creeps down a peg or two.
