There has to be a reason, and probably a good one, why Rand Paul is opposed to the new tax reform laws.  I have not yet heard what his reasons are but I trust him to know what's best for our country.  Anymore I think Trump is so desperate to get something passed, he will settle for almost anything - and our country already tried that for the past 8 years - and look where THAT got us, you remember, all that hopey changey crap?  Yeah, it got us into a helluva mess.  I want details before I decide if Rand is holding things up unnecessarily or if he has a good reason for doing so.  He is being bashed from all sides right now, and something about that whole thing stinks to high heaven.  People who aren't voting for anything else are in favor of this?  That's a red flag, as far as I'm concerned, and apparently as far as Rand Paul is concerned, as well.
