It's about time
Don't really know if anything will come of this or not, but it's good that SOMEONE is trying, at least. I'm not on twitter or facebook either one (or any other of the "social sites" because there's nothing SOCIAL about them) so I don't really care what RULES they set up, but it would be nice to stop the constant discrimination against ANYONE the people who are participating there don't like. It's become a craft.
