Lots of good information here. Personally, I would go to a clinic in Mexico that I learned about years and years ago. There is one branch in Baja and another branch in Cancun. Lots better than the cut and burn crap they recommend here, which never works, I might add. Never long term, anyway. 10 years tops. I've counted.
