This is something only an idiot like AOC would be able to introduce to CONgress, because you can be sure she isn't smart enough to think ANY of this stuff up by herself.  She's obviously just the pawn for someone else who's pulling the strings.  I'll bet she has trouble lighting a match, let alone think up these complicated "improvements" she's endorsing.  It's just insane.
