Great information. I just recently started using ashwagandha (from the Gaia company, liquid in capsules which I cut in half at this point) and I take 1/2 cap at night before I head for bed. I usually watch tv for about 1/2 hour or so and then turn it off. I know I shouldn't do that but it helps me sort of settle in for the night, or it seems to. At some point I may get around to just not turning on the tv at all at night.
