This has a really weird sounding name but it is delicious and I'm glad he refers to it as a "main dish" and not a side dish.  It's very filling and it does go well with things like fried hamburger patties and mashed potatoes.  Possibly some green beans on the side because we (in my family) all love green beans except my youngest son.  He doesn't like ANY vegetable except corn, he's very fussy.  None of his 11 kids are fussy though - they'll eat anything anytime.  His youngest NATURAL (not adopted) son is hungry constantly.  You just think you've got him filled up for an hour or two and then he's out here asking for something to eat.  He eats a lot of vanilla wafers and pecan sandies because that's all I have on hand right now.  I usually have Oreo's but they've already finished two packages of those and they're very expensive right now, over $6 bucks for the regular ones and I think there are 30 in the package.  It's just nuts.
